If one day, God puts you in a position of power and authority, don’t shy away. Take the opportunity by faith, do great things for God and serve others with the power and authority that has been bestowed on you.
This is the message I got from today’s sermon. I am not an ambitious person. I shied away from power and status and fame and what not. It’s thus a reminder that should one day, in God’s grace, I am put in a position of power, I should grab the opportunity to serve God and others through the influence I have and not miss the chance to do greater things for God because of my timidity and laziness. : P
