Ok. move on to the main story.. :P Just came back from Gloucester. Have had a very good time at Dr Tan and Loun Ling's place. :) They are our missionaries and both are serving at Redcliffe Bible College. I really enjoyed the time of fellowship with them: to find out more about the work and challenges faced by our missionaries, to learn how to care for them and pray for them. I think it is a very good idea to have fellowship with more mature and experienced brothers and sisters in Christ so that we can learn from them. They are very hospitable too. :) And I get to taste home-cooked Hainanese Chicken Rice and Pork Rib Soup. :P Happy happy.
Gloucester is a very small town and I like the aura of peace and tranquillity surrounding this little town. :) It makes me forget about the stressful and hectic life in London and helps me to once again slow down my pace, and appreciate the quieter aspects of life. :)
Before we made our way back, Dr Tan drove us to a nearby town Painswick to take a peep of the England countryside. Hooo.. it's nice!
